A short note on Feedback

When feedback occurs? What its need and how it affect rectification of a message? In communication what is the usage of a feedback and its effectiveness? We know that feedback is an effective measure to correct or rectify errors in a message because it’s some information of query or opinion of audience about the communication transmitted to them. This reaction from audience to the sender is known as “feedback”

When a message from sender occurred incorrect then the feedback is seeking some rectification on it when the message is occurred as unconvincing the feedback promote to render the message as convincing. These are some common characteristics about feedback.

Which feedback is effective?

There is more type of communication procedures like One – way communication, Interpersonal communication, Mass media, Traditional or folk media etc; Some of them are possible to receive feedback and some of them are not. Interpersonal communication is tending to receive feedback immediately. But, in mass communication the feedback is very slowly. However, the folk media is not possible to receive any feedback instantly.

Some other methods of feedback

Feedback can occur without in other type of communication. It is possible through opinion polls, interviews, surveys, forums in internet etc; it also possible to rectify errors instantly.
